Catering Done Wisely is focused on providing health foods and great customer service. Catering Done Wisely uses local products from farmers and gardeners to enhance taste and freshness.

Instructions on How to order: All meals need to be ordered a week before the day the lunch is desired. You can email me your order at cateringdonewisely@gmail.com. Or you can call your order on 214-991-3296. All lunches are $15, That includes bottled water, condiments and silverware. Advanced orders are strongly encouraged.

Light Monday

Turkey or grilled chicken salad sandwiches. Choice of Deli meat turkey or chicken sandwiches. Grilled Chicken salad served with fresh fruit. Side choices are a bag of chips, Tri-color pasta salad or fresh fruit cup.

Fiesta Tuesday

Your Choices of chicken fajitas, ground turkey or chicken tacos, Chicken Enchiladas or Quesadillas.

All entrees include chips, refried beans, and cheese

Fajitas are made with chicken breast and will have fresh tri-color bell peppers mixed with chicken. Tacos will have shredded cheese, sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes on the side. All entrees will include tortilla chips and homemade refried beans.

Pasta Wednesday

Penne pasta with alfredo andouille sausages and tri-color bell pepper. Bowtie pasta with alfredo, grilled chicken, and spinach. Chicken spaghetti. Chicken and Pasta served with spinach, mushroom and alfredo sauce. All entrees include Garden salad and garlic bread.

Comfort Food Thursday

Chicken with rice and gravy, Firecracker meatballs served with sauce, baked potato with smoked turkey or chicken. All baked potatoes served with butter, green onion, sour cream, and cheese. Ground turkey meatloaf with a brown sugar glaze, Unfriend chicken strips and white gravy.

Fun Fridays

Turkey burger, grilled chicken sandwich. Both entrees include lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, mustard. Chips or French fries.

Turkey burgers and Chicken sandwiches can be smoked at customers request.
